After You’re Hired – Then What?
Once you’ve been offered and accepted a position with ALG, the next step is training. The length and number of stops on the linehaul / route you’ll be driving determines the amount of training required to properly perform your job to customer’s satisfaction. Most drivers are well-trained and ready to strike out on their own after multiple training routes. New drivers can always obtain additional training from their supervisor should the need arise.
